Blocked trusts generally stipulate withdrawal limitations. These accounts will not be issued access devices such as Debit or ATM Cards or a share draft account. Access to Trust Accounts using Virtual Branch is limited to inquiries only.

Download the membership application for trust accounts and bring or mail it to one of our branch offices together with your opening deposit and the following documentation:
Blocked Trusts
  • Current, valid driver's license, state or federally-issued ID card, or passport (all owners).
  • Proof of CU eligibility (if not already a member, primary owner).
  • Copies of Court drawn Trust Documents.
Totten Trust
  • Current, valid driver's license, state or federally-issued ID card, or passport (all owners).
  • Proof of CU eligibility (if not already a member, primary owner).
  • Indicate your beneficiary designation on the membership application
Other Trusts
  • Current, valid driver's license, state or federally-issued ID card, or passport (Trustor, all Trustees)
  • Proof of CU eligibility (if not already a member, Trustor)
  • Trustee Certification of Trust
